Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Hybrid Accounts Receivable MisDirected Credit Associate opportunities in Solon, OH. Responsibilities for a Hybrid A/R Misdirected Credit Associate supports administrative functions of the Credit Department including:
  • Analyze and approve misdirected cash and deduction transfers between Operating Companies (NHS US LLC, Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, and Nestlé BGS) and to ensure proper accounting of trade receivable balances.

  • Monitor system and ledger for policy compliance and ensure supporting documentation is provided.

  • Assist on department projects and perform other duties and special assignments as required Reconcile account balance and open items of all document types with the customer


Candidates for the A/R Misdirected Credit Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.

  • Minimum of two years in Accounts Receivable preferred.

  • Experience in the CPG industry preferred.

  • SAP accounts receivable system experience preferred.

  • Well-organized, methodical thinker, who is able to prioritize workload and responsibilities with excellent decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data.

  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills and results-based orientation.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment and interact cooperatively with internal and external customers.

  • Experienced in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint).
