Job description

Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is seeking an exceptional corporate and commercial lawyer to join its high performing team of London-based legal rockstars in supporting the Elixirr Group's business internationally. This role predominantly requires a hands-on approach to providing a broad spectrum of legal advice to support our US growth.
The position is based in Elixirr's Dallas office in Frisco where, as the first US based lawyer in the team, you are required to confidently deliver reliable, commercially focused advice and pragmatic solutions and you will be integral to the working culture of our US based employees in Dallas, California, Pennsylvania, Chicago and New York.
This role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to help shape a rapidly scaling international business. We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mind set. A strong technical grounding from a top tier law firm and gravitas to comfortably negotiate with senior executives is also essential.
The successful candidate will play a key relationship building role in supporting Elixirr Partners and Principals to engage with FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and private equity-backed clients in a range of sectors including insurance, banking, financial services, CPG, healthcare, manufacturing and retail. Elixirr International plc joined the main market in July 2025 with ambitious growth aspirations to achieve FTSE 250 status imminently.
You will support in the post-acquisition integration of US acquisitions and support our US based group entities with a broad range of commercial and corporate legal advice.
You will work closely with Elixirr's General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and the CEOs of our US entities. You must be confident to operate independently and collaborate and communicate well with London-based legal team members, external clients and internal business stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual that is personable, confident and proactive with a positive approach to embracing challenges. You must have strong written and oral communication and drafting skills, good attention to detail and be able to exercise sound pragmatic judgement.

Core qualifications
  • Texas, California or New York bar
  • 4+ years' post qualification experience from a reputable law firm and in-house experience
  • Sound knowledge of commercial contracts including intellectual property and data protection provisions
  • Experience of corporate and company secretarial work to support the company secretarial function
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • A keen interest in AI innovation
  • A collaborative and commercial negotiation style
