The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Hilltop Family Practice in Somersworth, NH. This community-based practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with a strong commitment to caring for a diverse patient population.

What You'll Do

Comprehensive Care:

  • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
  • Build longitudinal relationships with a diverse patient population
  • Support patients with complex medical and social needs

Team-Based Environment:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, an advanced practice provider, nurses, and medical assistants
  • Work alongside embedded support services such as behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education
  • Opportunity to work in a standalone practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
