Job Summary

As Director of Catering Sales, you will lead catering sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, drive revenue growth, oversee event planning, and collaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Progressive experience in catering sales, event sales, or hospitality management
  • Experience managing corporate, social, and special event sales
  • Proficiency with CRM and event management software
  • Experience developing sales forecasts and budgets
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and event planning processes
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute catering sales strategies
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event agreements
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to execute events
  • Monitor sales performance and revenue goals
  • Oversee catering event planning from inquiry through execution
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting
  • Represent Levy at networking and client engagement events
