Job Summary

Shape the future of unforgettable hospitality at Nationals Park. As Vice President of Hospitality Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of hospitality strategies that will elevate the guest experience, strengthen the venue partnership, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. You will partner with Levy and venue leadership to translate guest, business, and operational insights into strategies that will deliver measurable results across the operation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, operations, finance, or a related field

· Extensive professional experience in hospitality, food and beverage, sports and entertainment, venue operations, or a related industry

· Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives across complex hospitality operations

· Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

· Experience interpreting operational, financial, sales, and guest-experience data

· Experience managing large-scale hospitality programs or multi-department initiatives

Key Responsibilities

· Leads hospitality strategy across the venue in partnership with Levy and venue leadership

· Develops initiatives that strengthen guest experience, operational performance, and financial results

· Analyzes business, guest, sales, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement

· Partners with operations, culinary, premium, concessions, sales, finance, and other functional leaders

· Builds strategic plans that align hospitality priorities with partner and business objectives

· Identifies opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining operational feasibility and cost effectiveness

· Establishes performance measures and evaluates progress against strategic objectives

· Strengthens relationships with venue partners and key stakeholders

· Guides change and improvement initiatives across hospitality operations

· Supports Levy initiatives, standards, and expectations throughout the business

· Evaluates guest and client feedback to identify opportunities that enhance the overall experience

· Develops leadership capability and alignment around hospitality priorities
