Job Description:
Paramount is seeking a Sr. Social Media Producer to contribute to its NFL on CBS social media channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the NFL, including teams, players, storylines, and the CBS broadcast talent covering the league. They must have experience directly posting to brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube. They must be ready to create and distribute content right from the get-go with minimal oversight. This candidate will report directly into our Manager of NFL Social and work closely with our wider social media team. They will regularly collaborate with colleagues in Programming, Marketing, Production, and Communications to cover company priorities from our accounts. 
Responsibilities:
   Identify trending stories around the NFL, find unique ways to format them for social platforms
   Build graphics and short form vertical video from scratch using Adobe Suite
   Clip and post footage directly from live game broadcasts on CBS and Paramount+
   Work directly with production to convert show segments and feature bites (pre-game, in-game, and studio content) into impactful social content
   Help prepare and execute promotional plans for NFL on CBS regular season windows, doubleheaders, and postseason broadcasts, including the AFC Championship and Super Bowl when applicable
Qualifications:
   5+ years relevant social media experience
   Extreme passion for football and the NFL
   Knowledge/grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere
   Team player mentality, ability to work with a diverse group of people
   Clear examples of posts that have driven high levels of engagement
   Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays (including Sundays during the NFL season)
   Ability to work in fast-paced setting and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
   Exceptional writing ability and a strong understanding of English grammar

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $74,400.00 - 93,000.00. 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
