Job description

IMMEDIATELY HIRING - 24-HOUR CASE (APPLY ASAP)
Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

We are urgently hiring reliable, compassionate, and experienced HHAs/CNAs for a long-term 24-hour patient case. Care will be provided in the patient's home or current placement (rehab center or hospital).
About the Case
This is a long-term, 24-hour case requiring consistent caregivers who can provide safe, dependable, and high-quality personal care. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while following a structured care plan.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety
  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed
  • Follow the patient's individualized care plan
  • Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
  • Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns
Requirements
  • Valid HHA Certificate or CNA License (or ability to pass HHA competency test)
  • Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients is required
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Negative TB skin test or current chest X-ray
  • Level 2 Background Clearance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver's License with active auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
Shift Options
  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Day Shift)
  • 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Night Shift)

Applicants may choose one shift or be considered for both.
Travel Requirements
Some travel may be required depending on patient location. Must be comfortable driving longer distances.
