NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a highly skilled Restaurant Vice President of Operations to lead our dynamic team in Torrance. This full-time, on-site position plays a pivotal role in steering our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations towards excellence and innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our restaurant brand and ensure operational efficiency across all locations.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, implementing strategies that enhance customer experience while driving profitability. Your leadership will be crucial in managing our diverse teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $250,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers across multiple locations
  • Analyze operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Director or Vice President in restaurant operations
  • Extensive knowledge of QSR industry standards and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
