  • Support CRM data quality, maintenance, and reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems.
  • Partner with the CRM Admin team to document CRM processes, workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.
  • Assist with CRM optimization initiatives, including field cleanup, governance standards, and object reviews across our six CRM platforms.
  • Help test, validate, and troubleshoot CRM integrations and data synchronization activities.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that improve CRM consistency, user experience, reporting accuracy, and sales team productivity.

What We're Looking For

What You Will Gain

By the end of your internship, you'll have:

  • Hands-on experience with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects
  • Opportunities to work with industry-leading technologies and business platforms
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals

What Our Interns Say

"I gained hands-on experience across content marketing, AI, sales enablement, and partner marketing while learning how each contributes to a larger marketing and sales strategy. One of my biggest takeaways was seeing how closely sales and marketing work together and how the strongest strategies are built when both teams align around the customer."

"Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and build skills that I know will benefit me throughout my career. The experience gave me confidence, practical knowledge, and a deeper understanding of how business teams operate together."

Why BCM One?

At BCM One, interns are trusted contributors. You'll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain practical experience that extends far beyond the classroom. We believe the best learning happens when you're given meaningful work, support from great mentors, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
