As a sales associate at RNR Tire Express - Midwest, your impact is two-fold. Your goal is to help the store hit goals for sales and retention while also ensuring our clients receive best in class service while helping them find the right products and solutions that meet their needs and are within their budget.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous rent-to-own and / or wheel and tire experience is desirable, but not necessary. We train!
  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required. We train!
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction by determining product needs, assisting in sales process, scheduling the installation, and follow-up.
  • Verify the store merchandise are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Rental Order Form / verification.
  • Assist the store manager in the profitable, efficient, and organized operation of the store.
  • Utilize digital communication platforms for managing leads (text, phone, computer/email)
