B-Level Technicians

You have a solid foundation in automotive repair and are ready to take your skills and earning potential to the next level. You can perform routine maintenance, repairs, and intermediate diagnostics with increasing independence.

A-Level Technicians

You're an experienced technician who can efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, work independently, and consistently produce quality work.

Master-Level Technicians

You're a highly experienced diagnostician and repair professional who can tackle challenging repairs, mentor other technicians, and consistently deliver efficient, high-quality work.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures
  • Complete repair orders accurately and professionally
  • Perform diagnostic testing using electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, management, and the parts department
  • Maintain high standards for repair quality and safety
  • Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and repair procedures
  • Complete manufacturer training and certifications as required
  • Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Professional automotive repair experience
  • Dealership experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  • Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment and automotive technology
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to complete required background check and pre-employment drug screening
