Field Project Manager โ€“ Nurse Call & Low Voltage Systems

Memphis, TN


Join Next Level Technician as a Field Project Manager in Memphis, TN! Earn $65,000โ€“$100,000 annually, enjoy benefits, and lead healthcare technology and low voltage projects for a growing organization with multiple active projects throughout the region.


We are seeking a strong field leader with experience managing technicians, coordinating project execution, and serving as the primary onsite point of contact. Nurse call experience is highly preferred, but candidates with a strong background in security, access control, CCTV, or healthcare low voltage systems will also be considered due to the transferable skills and customer-facing nature of the work.


Position Summary

The Project Superintendent / Field Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, coordinating technicians and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality installations. This role serves as the bridge between field operations, customers, and project leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Manage field execution of nurse call, security, access control, CCTV, and low voltage projects
  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, materials, and schedules across multiple active projects
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Conduct site walks, progress meetings, and project planning activities
  • Monitor project schedules, manpower needs, and installation quality
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements with field teams
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to management
  • Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards
  • Support project closeout, punch lists, testing, and customer turnover activities


Requirements

  • 3โ€“10+ years of experience in low voltage, nurse call, security, access control, CCTV, or healthcare technology systems
  • Experience leading technicians, subcontractors, or field operations
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, manpower coordination, and customer communication
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills and customer-facing experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with nurse call systems (Rauland, Hillrom, Ascom, TekTone, Cornell, etc.)
  • Security, access control, or CCTV project management experience
  • Healthcare construction experience
  • OSHA certification
