Overview

Sharp Detailing is looking for a Mobile Detailing Assistant to join our team. The Detailing Assistant will assist with vehicle detailing services, mobile supply and maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service to clients. This position is based out of CDA, but we travel to surrounding areas, and requires a motivated, dependable individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. He/she will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Detailing โ€“ Wash, wax, vacuum, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards. We provide "resets", not just detailing. Apply protective coatings and detailing products as needed. Ensure all vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and presented professionally.
  • Shop Support โ€“ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, tools, and equipment. Assist with inventory management and stocking detailing supplies. Help prepare vehicles and equipment for daily operations.
  • Customer Service โ€“ Interact professionally with customers and address questions or concerns in a timely manner. Maintain positive customer relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Team Assistance โ€“ Support lead detailers and technicians with daily tasks and workflow. Follow company safety procedures and detailing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Able to use basic power tools and equipment
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn detailing techniques and processes
  • Basic knowledge of detailing products and equipment is a plus

Sharp Detailing pays $17 per hour plus tips.
