square-foot “Guntry Club” blends upscale dining, interactive activities, and exclusive amenities

for our members. The Founder's Club Restaurant features a modern 300-seat dining space,

state-of-the-art kitchen, big screens for game viewing, a relaxing lounge, and a Topgolf Swing

Suite for a dynamic golf experience. Whether we’re serving individuals, families, or hosting

corporate events, our goal is to create an unmatched experience.


Position Summary:

As a Host, you are the first and last impression of the Founder's Club Restaurant. Your role is to

warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth and inviting experience. A

polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to elite customer

service are essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
  • Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus.
  • Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services.
  • Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house.
  • Monitor waitlists and guest flow; manage guest expectations during busy periods.
  • Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service.
  • Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating.
  • Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender.
  • Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks.
  • Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team.
  • Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
