square-foot “Guntry Club” blends upscale dining, interactive activities, and exclusive amenities
for our members. The Founder's Club Restaurant features a modern 300-seat dining space,
state-of-the-art kitchen, big screens for game viewing, a relaxing lounge, and a Topgolf Swing
Suite for a dynamic golf experience. Whether we’re serving individuals, families, or hosting
corporate events, our goal is to create an unmatched experience.
Position Summary:
As a Host, you are the first and last impression of the Founder's Club Restaurant. Your role is to
warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth and inviting experience. A
polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to elite customer
service are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive.
- Escort guests to their table, announce server's name, and present menus.
- Share daily specials and answer questions about the menu and services.
- Manage the seating chart and assist in station assignments and reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, menus, and front of house.
- Monitor waitlists and guest flow; manage guest expectations during busy periods.
- Support the dining room team to ensure timely and courteous service.
- Confirm and manage dining reservations and special event seating.
- Handle to-go orders and member payments in coordination with the bartender.
- Complete assigned cleaning and closing tasks.
- Conduct open menu counts periodically to relay to kitchen team.
- Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by leads or management
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Self-motivated and able to perform quality work with limited supervision.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering trays when needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
$13.50/hour + tips
