Job description

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with deep React/Next.js expertise to lead the development of modern enterprise web applications for a legal technology environment. This is a hands-on senior role that combines independent technical execution with team leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and build scalable, high-performance React/Next.js applications.
  • Translate legal and business requirements into secure, intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs; make key decisions on state management, rendering, and performance.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and set front-end standards.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, product owners, designers, and back-end engineers.
  • Own testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E) and support CI/CD and production deployments.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of front-end development experience, including 5+ years with React and 3+ years with Next.js.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with REST/GraphQL API integration.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of web security, authentication (OAuth/SSO), and Git workflows.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
