Location: Scottsdale, AZ (located in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation: Dependent on experience

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. After-hours or weekend support may be

Position Summary

Envita Medical Centers is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer II to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business applications that support critical operations across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative software engineer with strong full-stack development experience who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership of projects from concept through deployment.

The Full Stack Developer II will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performing applications while contributing to the organization's continued cloud and technology initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end application components using Go, TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases and database management processes.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs to support internal and external applications.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and other industry best practices.
  • Take ownership of software features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from planning and implementation through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Evaluate software architecture and recommend scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple technology stacks.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
  • Estimate development effort, manage assigned work, and communicate project status, risks, and blockers proactively.
  • Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives utilizing AWS and other cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into understandable solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers when appropriate.
  • Maintain thorough technical documentation and ticket updates.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience developing applications with Go, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Experience with back-end development using Go, Node.js, and Python.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and database management.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure software development practices.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and application architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing AI or Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications or features.
  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud computing platforms.
  • Previous experience developing software within a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
