TransPerfect is the world's largest provider of language services and technology solutions for global business. They are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to champion execution and drive the implementation of a low-code application builder that powers their entire company operations.
Responsibilities:
• Execute the vision of a drag-and-drop app builder defined by Product and Engineering management.
• Proactively flag constraints in React and Next.js frontend architecture to management early.
• Bridge communication gaps by translating product and design requirements into high-quality code.
• Lead the daily implementation of highly interactive, state-heavy internal UIs.
• Proactively identify roadblocks in frontend performance and deliver optimized solutions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to provide accurate technical estimates and progress updates.
• Mentor team members through proactive code reviews and technical guidance.
