This role is ideal for a spiritually mature leader who loves God's Word, values theological clarity, and is passionate about helping students stand firm in faith. You will serve alongside a supportive elder-led leadership team, a committed Lead Pastor, and parents eager for intentional spiritual leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Youth Ministry Leadership
  • Ability to pioneer a new and fresh chapter of youth ministry at Northbridge Community
  • Lead and develop a biblically grounded ministry for grades 6-12.
  • Establish weekly gatherings focused on teaching, discipleship, worship, outreach, serving, prayer, and relationships.
  • Build a clear discipleship pathway rooted in God's Word.
  • Build, recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer leaders.
  • Equip and encourage parents as primary disciplers.
  • Communicate consistently to students, volunteers, parents, and staff.

Team Collaboration & Ministry Development
  • Report to the Lead Pastor and church leadership team.
  • Integrate students into the broader life of the church.
  • Strengthen and expand programming beyond Sunday nights.
  • Steward the youth ministry budget and prepare for growth.

Pastoral Leadership
  • Provide pastoral care to students and families.
  • Model Christlike character, humility, and spiritual health.

Qualifications:
  • Spiritually mature, authentic follower of Jesus.
  • Agreement with Northbridge's theological convictions.
  • A passion for Youth Ministry and for impacting students.
  • Bible or Ministry degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 1-4 years of student ministry experience is preferred.
  • Strong alignment with collaborative and unified leadership.
  • Organizational strength, communication skill, and leadership development mindset.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and grace-filled.
