Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up queries and analytics for NICE Nexidia implementation.
  • Customize reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
  • Design and configure Nexidia to automate call QA rubric.
  • Evaluate call intents, call trees, escalation processes, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and business value.
  • Conduct testing to validate configurations and system performance.
  • Ensure best practices in solution architecture and configuration.
Must-Have Skills:

 Nexidia (Implementation, Configuration, Analytics)
  Testing (System and Functional Testing)

Nice-to-Have Skills:
