Job Summary:
DSLD Homes is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to own and evolve integrations centered on the core ERP platform supporting their production home building operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, scalable, and reliable data flow across various systems in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as technical owner for all integrations involving core platforms.
• Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of critical production data.
• Define and enforce integration standards, data mappings and error-handling practices.
• Coordinate integration changes during core platforms upgrades.
• Monitor integration health, resolve failures, and proactively address performance or data-quality issues.
• Document integration designs, data flows, and processes/procedures.
• Partner with sales, purchasing, product development and IT teams to align integrations with standardized production processes.
• Serve as a support to our Production Administrative teams with option creation requests and part creation requests.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams on option pricing and strategy.
• Responsible for systemwide maintenance tasks like data synchronization and sku rationalization exercises.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills with strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Newstar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
