Job description

Seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead production operations within our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance while leading supervisors and production teams across multiple departments.

The Operations Manager will work closely with maintenance, engineering, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Lead daily manufacturing and production operations

• Manage and develop production supervisors and frontline employees

• Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives

• Monitor and improve KPIs including throughput, downtime, waste, and labor utilization

• Support workforce planning, staffing, training, and employee development

• Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve equipment reliability

• Resolve production issues and operational bottlenecks

• Foster a positive, high-accountability culture focused on results
