Our newest boutique-style memory care home is opening September 1, 2026, just south of 116th Street and Westfield Boulevard in Carmel.
We're hiring for all shifts, 8 and 12 hr, and have a variety of opportunities available.

1:6 Resident-Caregiver Ratio: Build meaningful relationships and provide personalized care. Make an Impact: Your kindness and dedication can bring joy to our clients every day. What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least two years of caregiving experience and a valid CNA in the state of Indiana.
  • Compassion: A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
  • Skills: Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and engagement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Encourage the resident to be active and participate in daily living activities
  • Helping with Activities of Daily Living
  • Attend staff training as required
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to deal tactfully, show patience, maintain a cheerful disposition, show enthusiasm with residents, family members, visitors, outside agencies, and other employees, and demonstrate a willingness to handle difficult individuals, situations, etc.
