GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Go To Market (GTM) is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role serves as a senior client advisor, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring exceptional communication, team leadership, and revenue performance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead day-to-day management for selected retail marketing portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering strategic guidance, proactive communication, and measurable program results.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and business recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute integrated retail marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, social, and experiential channels to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Build a growth marketing strategy centralized around scaling the business and delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, merchandising, planning, and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and new store openings.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate new product launches, store openings, seasonal promotions, and retail activations to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
  • Prepare briefs and pitch to partners for added involvement and incremental support on varying projects/campaigns.
  • Manage annual budget and cooperative marketing to drive maximum support across key strategic initiatives.
  • Closely follow store performance, strategically deploy marketing support as needed, and maintain flexibility to activate during key cultural and relevant moments.

JOB REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, or leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and high-profile client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, digital media, and brand development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable business growth.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in retail, consumer products, or multi-location business environments.
  • Demonstrated success supporting store openings, product launches, and seasonal or promotional campaigns.
  • Experience managing vendor, partner, or agency relationships to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data and KPIs to optimize marketing strategy and investment.
  • Familiarity with cooperative marketing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
