We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Compensation:
Hours & Shift Availability:
Part-Time: 15 - 25 hours/ week
Full-Time: 30+ hours/ week
School Sessions: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 3:15 pm)
Home Sessions: Monday - Friday (3:30 pm - 6:30 pm); Saturdays (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Cases located within a 10 - 15 mile radius of Torrance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and/or home settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect and accurately document data on client progress.
Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
Create a fun, safe, and positive environment during sessions.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
RBT certification (for RBT applicants) or willingness to re-certify.
Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to pass background check.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and willingness to travel locally.
