Could you be the full-time onsite Project Product Introduction Manager in New York, NY, US we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project execution and team management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction by managing the overall Project Product Introduction activities, including achieving Warranty closure. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Warranty Customer Site Manager, and EHS representatives), ensure the implementation of PI processes and strategies, and oversee deliverables such as field modifications and incident management-and much more.
We'll look to you for:
  • Representing the PI function within the Project Core Team and in front of the customer. ,
  • Ensuring that PI processes and instructions are implemented, communicated, used, and supported both internally and externally (including the customer), as formalized in the Warranty/PI Management Plan. ,
  • Managing the full Project Warranty Work Package. ,
  • Driving Reliability Growth with the customer and internally to achieve the contractual reliability target, ensuring rectifications for delivered products. ,
  • Capturing and feeding back field experience and field-data (REX) to the project/organization during start-up, design, realization (manufacturing), and field support phases. ,
  • Delivering all PI-related deliverables in a timely manner and in accordance with contract and PI standards through planning, communication, and control. ,
  • Establishing the strategy and mobilization plan for commissioning and warranty periods, including defining and agreeing on the use of the customer's infrastructure. ,
  • Implementing an incident management process to follow up on Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and ensuring closure of open items, field modifications/retrofits, and reporting. ,
  • Managing project-dedicated PI staff and ensuring adequate resources are available to produce PI deliverables. ,
  • Ensuring compliance with Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP) and customer EHS requirements for all customer site activities with the support of EHS team representatives.
