You'll be at the forefront of delivering quality solutions to our business groups and customers. What You'll Do
  • Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
  • Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams.
  • Provide leadership and direction from project inception through post-launch.
  • Participate in all essential elements of global supply chain and new product development.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of achievements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure flawless execution.
  • Apply standard methodologies and continuous improvements in project management processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, ideally within Global Supply Chain or New Product Development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Over 2 years of experience in managing projects or a similar area.
  • Skilled in using project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a diligent approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related area; PMP certification is an advantage.
  • A collaborative attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement.
