Product Engineer, NPI
Key Responsibilities:
  • New Product Introduction - responsible for product life cycle management.
  • Create and manage product documentation.
  • Understand contributors to highest level in product quality and cost; drive cost improvements.
  • Product characterization and test data analysis.
  • Developing production test specifications.
  • Provide product development support which involves interfacing with Design, Test, Applications, and Quality Engineering.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. MS is a plus but not required.
  • Project management.
  • Problem isolation/solving, test issue resolution, and yield enhancement.
  • The use of bench instruments as well as other lab equipment for troubleshooting.
  • Statistical methods and tools.
  • Knowledge of product reliability and qualifications.
  • Due to ITAR regulations, onlycandidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawfulpermanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will beconsidered for this position.

Desired Experience:
  • Product documentation, including drawing creation and engineering change processing.
  • Lab equipment knowledge related to VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Digital and Real-Time Oscilloscope, etc.
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Software programming.

The Salary Range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 annual. Actualsalary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but notlimited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, andspecific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
