Job Description NPI Program Manager (New Product Introduction) Location: Carson City, NV Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday Pay: $78,000-$112,000 Relocation Assistance Available What You'll Do Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales teams Track project milestones and communicate status to stakeholders Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Support design reviews, product launches, and manufacturing readiness Review engineering documentation, schedules, and technical deliverables Drive issue resolution across multiple departments Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements Maintain project documentation, reports, and action items Continuously improve project management processes and product launch execution What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field Engineering experience in manufacturing or aerospace preferred Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing processes Great Opportunity for Engineers Looking to Grow This position is open to engineers who want to transition into program management.
