You will lead risk management activities, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage supply and service risks, and ensure products are launched on time and in full  in a highly dynamic and visible environment.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our NPD Senior Planner, you play a critical role within our DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) team in ensuring distribution readiness, managing launch-related supply risks, and driving the execution of new product launches across Luxury and Consumer Beauty divisions while collaborating with a broad network of planning and initiative stakeholders.

  • Monitor launch execution and resolve operational issues impacting availability, service, and launch timelines.

3. Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership

  • Act as a planning systems subject matter expert, supporting process optimization, network improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance launch execution, planning effectiveness and process efficiency.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Senior Planning professional with strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are resilient, accountable, and highly collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain and business functions.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and manage supply or service risks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and experienced working with SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Power BI.
