For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.**What You Need to Know*** Leads the design, development, and implementation of new mortgage products and investor offerings from concept through post‐launch stabilization* Owns the **end‐to‐end operational and system onboarding** of new investors and products, serving as the primary project manager responsible for scope, timelines, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and implementation success.* Establishes project governance, defines key milestones, manages dependencies, and ensures alignment across all impacted business units throughout the product development lifecycle.* Demonstrates a deep understanding of mortgage product documents, disclosures, fee testing practices, and secondary market requirements* Evaluates investor product offerings and competitor activity to inform product strategy and implementation approach* Identifies and drives enhancements to existing mortgage products to improve competitiveness, scalability, marketability, or profitability* Ensures all product offerings remain within investor standards, so loans maintain the highest level of liquidity and salability* Independently presents new product and investor onboarding initiatives to senior leadership, securing alignment and approval* Acts as the central point of coordination across Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, Fair Lending, QC, Post‐Closing, Secondary Marketing, Technology, and other key partners throughout the product lifecycle* Proactively identifies operational, compliance, or system risks and leads cross‐functional resolution efforts* Facilitates cross-functional project meetings, documents decisions, drives action items to completion, and resolves obstacles that could impact launch timelines.* Identifies enhancements required for business processes, Loan Origination Systems, pricing engines, eligibility engines, and document vendor interfaces to support new or enhanced offerings* Applies and validates system updates for product setup and eligibility rules within the Loan Origination System* Partners with technology and operations teams to support testing, validation, and launch readiness* Provides post‐launch support, issue tracking, and continuous improvement recommendations**Project Management Expectations*** Serves as **project owner** for multiple simultaneous product and investor onboarding initiatives* Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, task assignments, and dependencies using structured project management or workflow software (e.g., Monday.com or comparable platforms)* Leads formal project intake, planning, implementation, testing, launch, and post-implementation review activities.* Drives accountability across cross‐functional stakeholders and ensures deliverables are completed on schedule* Provides clear, consistent project status updates and escalates risks or delays as appropriate* Maintains centralized documentation and project artifacts to support transparency, auditability, and repeatability* Applies disciplined project execution practices to ensure initiatives move predictably from approval through production**What We Are Looking For*** 7+ years of mortgage industry experience with strong expertise in program guidelines, investor requirements, and secondary market execution* Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‐functional projects with minimal oversight* Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory discipline* Hands‐on experience working within project management systems or task‐based workflow platforms* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with exceptional attention to detail* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferredThe expected salary range for this position is between:$127,900.00 - $146,600.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
