Schedule

Training takes place on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

What You'll Do

  • Operate steel processing equipment
  • Load, unload, and move steel materials
  • Package and inspect finished products
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
  • Ability to perform physical, repetitive work and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math skills

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience
  • Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery
