Job description

Position Title: Spotter - New Hudson, MI Location: New Hudson, MI Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Position Description: Seeking dedicated Spotters for an upcoming project in New Hudson, MI. Ideal candidates will observe and assist during lift operations, ensuring safety and compliance on-site. Responsibilities include monitoring work from elevated platforms, assisting with site safety protocols, and supporting overall project efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining a secure work environment and requires attentiveness and adherence to safety standards. The project duration is approximately 4 weeks, with opportunities to work night shifts. Candidates must provide their own PPE, including Class E rated hardhat, safety-toed boots, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests/shirts. Attendance and punctuality are essential; excessive absences may lead to replacement. Shift: 9 PM - 6 AM (Night Shift) Travel and per diem are not available for this position. Top Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Spotter or in a similar safety observation role
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a safety-focused environment
