Whether you're just planning for your first Register Nurse Position, pending receipt of your Register Nurse License or newly Licensed Please consider your nursing profession with Union Hospital where can grow professionally and/or educationally. Union Hospital is the place to be! We have a Nurse Residency Program for your Orientation and integration/engagement with the Organization. As well as the Professional Advancement of Career Excellence (PACE) for continued growth Professionally.

A teaching hospital, characterized by a collaborative working environment, new facilities, and state-of-the-art technology, we offer a sense of value and respect for the work that you do.

This RN position will have the opportunity to provide nursing care in a variety of primary care nursing departments in dynamic, state-of-the-art acute care setting. You will be able to select from specialty areas of acute care Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Outpatient, Emergency, Critical Care and Maternal Child Health...to name a few.

Position Qualifications:

  • Must be a soon to be graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; pending license or newly licensed by the State of Indiana

  • Must be understanding of the flexibility of staffing in accordance to the staffing needs of the Hospital

  • Must be able to lift and/or pull 50lbs or more

  • Must enjoy an exciting and fast passed working environment

  • Certified in the Health Care Provider BLS is required

  • ACLS and PALS Certification will be expected within the guidelines of the respective clinical specialty
