These roles often include positions such as financial analyst, accountant, investment banking analyst, or finance associate. They provide training and development opportunities to help new graduates build foundational knowledge and skills in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and investment strategies. These jobs are typically offered by banks, investment firms, corporations, and accounting firms, and they serve as a starting point for a career in finance.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a new graduate in finance?

To thrive as a New Graduate in Finance, a solid understanding of financial principles, analytical skills, and a relevant degree such as finance, accounting, or economics are essential. Familiarity with Excel, financial modeling software, and possibly certifications like CFA Level I can be advantageous.
