JOB DESCRIPTION

The CPA Associate Program, Finance & Accounting is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Candidates will be supported in following a work plan that is in the process of being approved by CPA Ontario, to ensure you meet the Professional Work Experience requirement.

This program provides a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting, and FP&A, while also building capabilities in business partnering, data analysis, and finance transformation.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical thinking, a commitment to accuracy and quality, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

What You'll Do

Deliver Core Finance Value:

  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management (FP&A)
  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and identify trends
  • Apply structured problem-solving to support decision-making and business performance

Enable Decision Support:

  • Provide data-driven insights to business partners and leadership
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities
  • Communicate complex financial insights clearly

    • At least 120 credit hours (or equivalent)
    • Meet the minimum GPA across those 120 credit hours, as outlined on the CPA Ontario website
    • Successful completion of the Knowledge Assessment or CPA Qualifying Courses
