Overview
How You'll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Marketing to participate in our New Grad Program. As a Marketing Associate you will get exposure in our Brand and Creative team. This role will support the marketing team as we work together to build creative assets for the larger organization. In this role, you will contribute towards creative management, content development, and project management which is essential to the success of our team. You will leverage design best practices across all channels and support the strategic vision of all creative projects. Will be responsible for completing the visual aspects of a project, such as designing layouts, selecting visuals, and ensuring that the work is on brand and meets project goals.
Additionally, you'll work closely with internal, cross-functional SMEs on creative concepts as well as multiple teams to bring assets to life. You'll collaborate with outside vendors and partners on various marketing content and communication initiatives. This includes defining objectives and goals, evaluating partners, developing messaging and creative, and executing programs according to timelines and budgets.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
