Department Description:
Inpatient acute care unit: 31-bed inpatient acute care unit offering comprehensive care for a variety of patient needs and acuity, including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care.

What can you expect?
The Nurse Residency program runs in tandem with your RN position here at Baystate Noble with the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and IMC team. This inpatient acute care unit is the largest unit in the hospital and has the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity.
You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, offered a competitive nursing rate and after orientation, will assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care.
