Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology-General Surgical

Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL

Where You Will Work:

Join our 36-bed Oncology/ General Surgical Unit at Advocate Condell Medical Center, where you will find a supportive, collaborative and engaged team dedicated to patient safety and providing compassionate care to our patients.  Our team consists of New Graduate RNs through 30+ years of experience and Nursing Assistants with varying experience.

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • All RNs are required to obtain Chemotherapy Administration Certification within 1 year.
  • 1 year nursing experience required

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
