Inpatient Behavioral Health | Franciscan Children's Program Start Date: September 14, 2026 The Transition to Practice Program (TPP) at Franciscan Children's is a 12-month nurse residency designed to transform newly licensed registered nurses into confident, capable clinicians. This immersive program blends hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and specialized education so you can build the skills needed to provide exceptional care to children and adolescents. What You'll Experience As a Nurse Resident in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit, you will receive structured support every step of the way. Program highlights include:
