Inpatient Behavioral Health | Franciscan Children's Program Start Date: September 14, 2026 The Transition to Practice Program (TPP) at Franciscan Children's is a 12-month nurse residency designed to transform newly licensed registered nurses into confident, capable clinicians. This immersive program blends hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and specialized education so you can build the skills needed to provide exceptional care to children and adolescents. If you are passionate about pediatric behavioral health and want to launch your career in a supportive, mission-driven environment, this program is built for you.

What You'll Experience As a Nurse Resident in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit, you will receive structured support every step of the way. Program highlights include:
