Job description

We are seeking Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses to join our Specialty Care - Enterprise Float pool. The new hire will work in all clinic areas across the enterprise to cover clinical support staff call-ins and PTO, in addition to working with providers who pick up and need additional support. The MA, LPN or RN will be required to float to departments within the Fergus Falls Clinic, in addition to our other clinic locations including Barnesville, Morris, Ashby and Battle Lake. You’ll have the opportunity to help patients in all stages of life and make meaningful connections every day. Our department is full of positive energy, fun coworkers, and caring management. We focus on teamwork and helping each other whenever possible. For Medical Assistant Applicants
The Medical Assistant (MA) provides a variety of clinical and administrative duties to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care within the clinic setting. Under the direction of a licensed provider and/or nurse, this position assists with patient preparation, clinical procedures, documentation, and coordination of care. Shifts
64 hours biweekly, day shifts. Required ability to float to all departments within the Fergus Falls, Barnesville, Morris, Ashby and Battle Lake clinics.
 

Compensation
Hourly wage range for Medical Assistants: $22.65-$28.99. Hourly wage range for Licensed Practical Nurses: $23.79-$31.99. Hourly wage range for Registered Nurses: $31.72-$46.43. BSN hires are eligible for an extra $1/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

    1. Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. 
    2. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. 
    3. Ability to perform within the nursing scope of practice. 
    4. Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months.
