We are seeking compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our growing team on a PRN basis. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients in their homes throughout the Salem area.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home nursing visits and client assessments (RN responsibilities based on licensure)
  • Monitor client health status and report changes in condition
  • Provide skilled nursing services within scope of practice
  • Assist with medication management and client education
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, physicians, and the clinical team
  • Support development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote client safety, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Oregon RN or LPN license
  • Home health, hospice, long-term care, assisted living, or acute care experience preferred
