About the Role
  • Currently, GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! As part of our Physical Therapy team, we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior PTs on everything from evaluation and treatment of complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training, and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.

What You'll Do
  • Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations
  • Performing Physical Therapy Treatments
  • Directing patient care
  • Supervising with active participation of PTAs and non-licensed providers
  • Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
  • Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues.

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate from an accredited PT program
  • Licensed in the state of California
  • Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus

Our Mentorship Program Includes
  • Weekly meetings with senior PT to review and practice manual techniques, muscle testing, discuss clinical decision making, review and discuss Post Op protocols
  • Co treats with senior PT to work 1:1 during meeting times
  • Review journal articles and discuss with mentor to encourage critical thinking

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 105,000 USD per year (Redwood PT and Clinic)
