Why This Role

This is a rare shot at building an office. A mechanical engineer who steps in now has a direct hand in shaping the Salt Lake City team's culture, project mix, and growth trajectory. Combine that with a genuine mentorship culture and a Friday half-day schedule, and this role suits someone who wants both a career and a life outside it.
