What is a new civil graduate?

New Civil Graduates are individuals who have recently completed a degree in civil engineering and are beginning their professional careers in the civil engineering industry. They typically work under the supervision of experienced engineers, assisting with the planning, design, and management of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings. Their responsibilities may include conducting site inspections, preparing technical drawings, and supporting project management tasks. The role provides essential practical experience and helps new graduates work toward professional engineering accreditation.
