  • Support end-to-end automation initiatives, including RPA, workflow, and low-code solutions.
  • Partner with IT and developers to translate process designs into functional solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor process performance and outcomes.
  • Support data management, requirements traceability, and scenario planning for process changes.
  • Assist with change management, training, and deployment, including new-hire onboarding materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date process flows, SOPs, and templates in accordance with BPM standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business SMEs, analytics, product, and technology teams.

Who we're looking for:
  • 4-7 years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in BPMN and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, Bizagi).
  • Ability to independently run workshops and manage workstreams end to end.
  • Working knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and low-code platforms.
  • Experience creating dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working in agile or hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled process improvement or process mining tools.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions or industries.

Annual Base Salary Range: $104,000-130,000
What we offer:
