Utilizing a "Beginning to End" model, you will take concepts handed off from the AI Investigation phase and build them into scalable, sustainable business models. You are responsible for both the birth of the relationship and seeing the deal all the way through operational integration.Key Responsibilities* End-to-End Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and develop strong relationships with potential target firms and partners.* Business Model Architecture: Design, test, and scale innovative business models that align with the core company values, even as the definitions of home, lawn, and garden evolve.* Post-Merger Integration: Drive the integration process from workflow mapping and project management to cultural change management, ensuring new entities blend seamlessly into the corporate framework.* Portfolio Management: Oversee and guide a team of Business Development Managers specialized in M&A, Licensing & Strategic Partnerships, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Portfolio Expansion.Reporting & Collaboration* Reports To: VP of Strategic Acceleration.* Responsible for Leading: New Business Development Manager* Key Collaborators: Leverages insights from the AI Intelligence team; collaborates closely with the M&A team to feed data from new business developments into the M&A pipeline during monthly "Sync-and-Accelerate" meetings.The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $175,700.00 - $206,700.00 per year.
