Job Title: New Business Development Representative (NBDR)

Job Description:

iPower Technologies, a dynamic National IT MSP specializing in comprehensive computer and network solutions, is expanding its team.

The position of NBDR shall be responsible for making outbound cold calls over the phone, letters, and emails on an ongoing basis to iPower Technologiesโ€™ prospects. As an NBDR, you will provide support to Company's sales team by calling prospective customers and scheduling appointments for them to meet with a Sales Representative. NBDR will receive lists of potential customers they will be responsible for cold calling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; communicate effectively to all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience in using CRM software to create, update and manage customer and prospect records.
  • 2 or more years of phone sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Professional presentation; is confident, assertive and displays a high level of self-motivation.
  • High energy, friendly and engaging; excellent persuasive skills.

Activity Goals:

  • Make a minimum of 75 calls daily
  • Set a minimum of 25 appointments per month
  • Work effectively with sales
  • Vertical marketing
  • Maintain / cultivate a competitive CRM
  • Identify / prioritize your accounts
  • Obtain E-mails from prospects
  • Ensure the proper handling of all appointments throughout the entire sales process.
  • Maintain current knowledge on products and services.

  • Complete all reporting duties required by management
  • Constantly strive to improve effectiveness on talk tracks.
  • Follow up on all pre-written appointments.
  • Anticipate / overcome objections
  • Attend all internal sales meetings
  • CLOSE Appointments!!!

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus uncapped commission
