Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Roanoke, VA

Position Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and service quality across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and high service standards. The Account Manager will also support staffing, inspections, and operational execution to ensure long-term client retention and growth.
Schedule:
This role requires a flexible schedule to support evening operations, typically working either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Occasional daytime availability may be needed for client meetings and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
  • Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours
  • Address and resolve client concerns within a timely manner 
  • Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup
  • Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates
  • Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
