What you will do

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies & executions with a truly national impact. Just like any entrepreneur or general manager, you will be responsible for the key drivers of business performance, such as:

  • Developing and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brand.

  • Launching new products and building comprehensive go-to-market plans (including pricing and merchandising strategies).

  • Contributing insights on business cases inputs for longer-term innovation pipeline.

  • Crafting marketing communications (eg. Sampling, Healthcare Professionals, Consumer Promotions planning, Budget management, R&D claims, etc.) and impactful media plans with external agency partners, the Content & Communications team and the Megabrand team.

  • Diagnosing and analyzing business performance to ensure sufficient new product tracking + post campaign reporting to inform activation planning.

  • Partnering with Consumer Business Intelligence partner to uncover insights about the category, competitor & retail customers that drive business recommendations.

  • Own workflow for foundational display artwork and claims approval process as well as partner with team on forecasting inputs.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Customer Strategy, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field. MBA an asset.

  • Experience working on new product forecasting, insights gathering, and business case development.

  • Experience working cross functionally with sales, trade customization, and research partners to bring innovation to market.

  • Experience with bringing activations to life via customer, media, influencer partnership.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2-4 years brand management & marketing experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.

  • Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.

  • Strong budget management and forecasting skills.

  • Agile, beauty-first mindset & entrepreneurial, problem-solving thinking.

  • Digital marketing experience is an asset.

  • Experience with tools such as Nielsen and Numerator for data analysis. Well versed in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
