• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients through virtual sessions and assessments.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, fostering a safe space for open dialogue.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records, adhering strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality laws.
• Engage in professional development by attending workshops and training to remain informed about advancements in mental health care and practices.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a counselor in our center, you will work with vulnerable populations, ensuring they receive the affirmation, support, and treatment they deserve. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating expertise in diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and adept with telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
• Experience working in community mental health settings, or with populations that face barriers to accessing traditional care.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
